The City of Santa Ana is looking to hire a Risk Management Analyst to perform complex and varied technical, analytical, professional, and confidential work required to administer risk management programs, including general liability, workers’ compensation, and safety programs. The person who assumes this position will, among other responsibilities, monitor workers’ compensation and general liability claims via a third party administrator (TPA), including prior to closure; assist in monitoring TPA and City accounts and check runs for accuracy; reconcile accounts; and assist in resolving financial issues between the City and TPA. He/she will also review certificates of insurance (COI) for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with contracts and agreements; approve and track expiration of COIs. |
