To the Long Island Risk Management, Insurance, and Benefits Community:
It was an honor to host the 28th Annual Holiday Party Tuesday night for the Long Island Chapter of the Risk & Insurance Management Society (RIMS), the Risk Management Society.
On behalf of the Board of Directors, Chapter Members & Friends, we would like to thank all of our sponsors and supporters, both corporate and individual, for their contributions in making this (and all of our events) successful. We greatly appreciate the support you have given us throughout the years. Our Chapter always enjoys bringing the corporate risk, insurance, and benefits professionals together with the insurers and service providers to share ideas and explore new opportunities. Additionally, your generosity has given us the pleasure to support charities, like the Spencer Foundation (risk management education), Long Island Cares-the Harry Chapin Food Bank, American Cancer Society, and the Cooley’s Anemia Foundation.
We would also like to thank The Halston - Scotto organization for providing its facility and service.
We come to this and other RIMS events voluntarily. Some of us, like our RIMS Chapter Board, are volunteers to produce these events. We are only as good as our efforts; those efforts deserve appreciation. Our thanks for all their work and dedication go to our Chapter Board of Directors, Committee members & other volunteers, especially: Sue Weingast, Greg Montenegro, Matt Millman, Rosemarie White, Mark Levine, & Steve Graziano. A special thanks goes to our Chapter Administrator, Rachael Fusco.
For those that joined us, we hope that you enjoyed the evening and that you will join us again in the future. On behalf of the Long Island Chapter of RIMS Board of Directors, we wish you the best Holiday season and the most Prosperous New Year!
Sincerely,
Joe Corigliano
