Elizabeth Cooper is the Enterprise Risk Manager for the Texas Department of Insurance. She has Master of Public Administration and a B.A.in Political Science from the University of Maine.
She coordinate agency activities to strengthen governance, reduce risk, and ensure alignment with agency goals. Responsibilities include: business continuity planning, enterprise risk management, data governance, programs and training to increase successful project outcomes, and activities to make the agency more efficient, effective, transparent, and accountable.
