Michael Zuraw is the senior director of Global Enterprise Risk Management at ON Semiconductor, a Fortune 500 company and leading supplier of semiconductor-based solutions. Michael has held this position since 2014 after holding other positions in product management, supply chain planning, and new product development after joining the company in 2005.
By working with leaders throughout the Company to instill a risk-aware culture, Michael has driven program maturity to a level where it is now recognized as best-in-class for ERM innovation and results. Through his leadership, ON Semiconductor is advancing beyond risk reporting to implementing ERM as a strategic capability that enables better risk-aware decision making across all functions of the Company.
Earlier in his career, he held various managerial roles in the telecommunications industry including positions at Bell Laboratories, AT&T, Lucent Technologies, Motorola and Andrew Corporation. Michael earned his bachelor's and master's degrees in electrical engineering from Brown University and Stanford University, respectively as well as an MBA in Strategic Planning & Management from the Wharton School of Business. He also earned a Strategic Decision and Risk Management professional certificate from Stanford University.
