Leslie Lamb is Director of Global Risk & Resilience Management within the Finance organization at Cisco Systems, Inc. in San Jose, CA. She has worked in the insurance and risk management field for over 20 years and with Cisco for over 17 years. In her capacity as Risk Manager, she is responsible for managing the operational and business risks Cisco faces. She is working on various projects involving risk identification, risk mitigation, risk financing and strategic planning for business continuity/resiliency. She works with a global team and partners with Ciscos internal business units.
Prior to this role, Leslie has also held various jobs within the insurance industry including Client Manager at Marsh and Underwriting Manager at AIG. In these positions, Leslies emphasis was working with clients from many different industries to mitigate and manage risk. Prior to this, she was a teacher in Mexico City. Leslie has a Masters Degree in English and Linguistics
Leslie is active in several professional associations. She has given several presentations on Enterprise Risk Management, Cyber Security, Supply Chain and Directors & Officers.
Leslie lives in Campbell, CA and has two sons who are starting to launch their careers. She enjoys traveling, cooking, hiking, skiing and reading.
