Learn how a well-developed Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Program adapts to changing conditions, supports better decision making, and promotes a risk-aware culture. This session will explain the importance of establishing a solid ERM framework that has the flexibility to navigate change and grow with the organization that it is attached to. This session will provide a case study based on the successful ERM Program implemented by King County Government in Washington State and will follow the Program’s evolution over time through a global pandemic, during an unprecedented hard insurance market, and in the age of nuclear verdicts, all while prioritizing the organization’s mission and values.
