My expertise is focused on project management, quality assurance and risk management . I have worked both within project teams and in oversight roles to ensure that projects have the tools and processes to deliver on time, to budget and to scope. Having been “at the coal face” and in head office, I can balance project management disciplines with the realities of high pressure project management environments. I'm an articulate, analytical problem solver who enjoys coaching others. I have a passion for the public sector and the importance of assisting project success for clients. I have a collaborative approach to independent quality assurance, and firmly believe that the reviewer needs to work with, not against, project teams to get the best results for organisations. I have strong capabilities in the areas of – programme and project management, risk management, quality assurance, and policy processes and implementation I have experience in project management within the New Zealand public sector and have also undertaken a short term contract within the Canadian energy sector (for a State Owned Enterprise). These positions include co-ordination roles on projects and oversight of projects from a risk management and project management practice perspective.
