Cherise Papadopolo is currently the Director of DEI, People & Culture at the Risk and Insurance Management Society, Inc (RIMS). In this role, she is responsible for advancing DEIA efforts throughout the Society while also managing the human resources strategic initiatives and operations including talent strategy, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
Before RIMS, Cherise held various positions within Human Resources specializing in workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee relations. Working in diverse industries such as pharmaceuticals, non-profit, and fashion industries, has given Cherise the experience needed to succeed in her role today.
In 2023, Cherise's dedication to diversity and inclusion was acknowledged when she was appointed to serve on ASAE’s D+I Committee where she collaborates with other association executives on DEIA initiatives.
When not at work, Cherise is an avid cross-fitter and loves spending time with her family and two French bulldogs, Jax and Lola.
