I am seeking capital internally for purchase and implementation of an ERM software solution. Several Capital Approval Committee members (all senior management) have indicated that being able to show a ROI for the purchase is an important point to drive home in order to gain approval. I am not sure this can be done to completely offset the cost of the solution, but I'd like to demonstrate some ways of hedging the expense.
Has anyone come up with ideas, creative or otherwise, in support of such a venture and had success? I am open to all ideas!
