“Total Cost of Risk” was the topic of the June meeting of the NJ Chapter. Len Resto, VP from USI Insurance Services illustrated direct and indirect risk costs commonly used to calculate Total Cost of Risk (TCOR) and provided case studies from his experiences. Ben Fidlow, MD at Marsh USA provided an analytic approach to computing risk costs that formulate TCOR. The panel was coordinated by Ike Jenkins on behalf of the chapter.
