The NJ Chapter met on February 14 to review the latest trends and developments in the use of Captive insurers. The panel included Mike Serricchio of Marsh (see below on the right) who talked about captive basics and trends; Cynthia Borrelli of Bressler, Amery and Ross (on the left) explained the particulars of the new captive domicile law in NJ, and the implications of the Dodd Frank act; Terry Gorman of American Benefits Consulting outlined how companies are using their captives in the Group Benefits arena. The session was moderated by Anita DiGiulio, Chapter Delegate. The chapter thanks the three excellent presenters for an information packed program.
