The NJ Chapter kicked off its 2012 program on January 10th. This month’s topic was “The Casualty Diagnostic - Leveraging the power of data to reduce the total cost of casualty risk.” Michael Douglas, Director of Business Development for Aon Global Risk Consultants, gave an excellent presentation on new ways to optimize the performance of risk programs by using data and analytics.
