The March 8th chapter meeting at The Olde Mill Inn focused on the risk management profession. Attendees benefited from the insight and expertise of two leading risk management recruiters. Richard Meyers, CEO of Talent Acquisition for Richard Meyers & Associates, Inc.; and Michael Tannenbaum, Founder & Managing Partner of Key Strategies, LLC. The session was moderated by Matlyda Burghardt Spataro, Risk Manager of Tiffany & Co.

The mission of the NJ RIMS Chapter is to serve as a local community in order to advance the Risk Management profession by providing resources, networking, and educational opportunities.
We meet about eight times per year. At our meetings, we present, at no cost, educational programs which benefit our members by bringing up-to-the-minute information about risk management techniques, the insurance market, and other matters of concern to risk managers.
In October each year, the Chapter holds the Aram S. Papazian Memorial Golf Invitational. The proceeds from this outing support our educational programs, and also fund several scholarships which the chapter awards to Risk Management students annually.
