Mr. DeFrank will speak about the amendments to MI Workers’ Compensation rules regarding
prescribing and reporting the use of opioids, which became applicable to:
a) all injury dates on or after 6.26.15;
b) Beginning 12.26.15 all injury dates (including prior to 6.26.15) will be included.
